Shipping Processing Time
- Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
- We will send you an order confirmation email once payment is received, and a shipping notification email with tracking number once your Blu-ray package is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal disruptions, peak holiday seasons or other circumstances beyond our control.

- United Kingdom / Europe: 3–7 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 14–25 business days
- Other countries & regions: 15–30 business days
Customs & Import Duties
- Free shipping covers only our delivery service. Import duties, customs taxes or local customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please check your local import regulations before ordering. We are not liable for parcels detained or seized by customs authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You may track your package via the corresponding carrier’s official website. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes in certain countries. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address during checkout. If you enter an invalid or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for any return or re-delivery charges.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 14 days of the “delivered” tracking status.
- If items arrive broken or damaged, please email us with clear photos of the parcel and defective Blu-ray discs within 7 calendar days after receipt.
